Beloved, the Lord sees your heart, your pain, and the silent battles you have endured. He wants you to know that He is near to the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. This is a season where He is exchanging your ashes for beauty, your mourning for joy, and your despair for praise. He has not forgotten you, and every tear you’ve cried has been stored in His bottle.
He says, “I am restoring what was lost. I am rebuilding the places that were torn down. Trust Me to work all things for good, even the things that seem irreparable. Your best days are ahead because I, the Lord, go before you to make a way.”
Scripture:
“The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn, and provide for those who grieve in Zion—to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair.”
—Isaiah 61:1-3
Hold onto this promise. The Lord is faithful to complete what He started in your life. Take heart—this is a season of new beginnings.
