Mindset Tuesday Tip: Shift Your Focus



You may have heard before what you feed the most grows.  Are you feeding your fears or nurturing your faith?


There may be times when life feels overwhelming,  a good practice is taking a moment to redirect your thoughts.


This one of the things that help me in those moments, slowing down to shift my thoughts, and I do that by focusing on God’s promises rather than the what’s going on in that present moment, it helps me to not focus on the problems, but rather God’s promises.


Action Shift: Write down one limiting belief holding you back. Then replace it with a scriptural truth that speaks to God’s power and provision.


Example:

Limiting Belief: “I’m not good enough.”

Scriptural Truth: “I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” (Psalm 139:14)
